Families of Fulton County Ohio

Any member of the Fulton County Chapter of the Ohio Genealogical Society who is a direct descendent of an individual who settled in the area now encompassed by Fulton County, Ohio may become a member of:

~First Families of Fulton County, Ohio if their ancestor can be proved to have lived in Fulton County before 31, December 1860.

~Civil War Families of Fulton County Ohio if their ancestor can be proved to have served in the Civil War.

and/or

~Centennial Families of Fulton County Ohio if their ancestor can be proved to have lived in Fulton County 100 years prior to their application.

This membership is dependant on the acceptance of an application with proof of such descent and the payment of a one time $25.00 application fee (which will apply to any or all categories applied for). The FCOGS Families Committee must first accept this application. Applications may be sent to Fulton County Chapter, OGS, PO Box 337, Swanton, Ohio 43558

Don't forget that you need to have your application in by December 31 to qualify by next year's banquet.  One $25.00 fee covers any and all applications.
